Based on our findings from the jumpstart session, we will embark on a three (3) month journey together consisting of six (6) forty-five (45) minute individually scheduled sessions. This is where you will be doing the work of reflection, application and review. Lauren will be working with you closely, offering strategies, personalized guidance and support.
Time management, client communication, marketing, growing your practice, or managing stress are just a few examples of things coaching can address. We will discover what areas you need to focus on for improvement and work on those throughout the three (3) months of sessions.
In our final session together, we will take a look back and review our path to see what you discovered, what you have learned, and what you have applied during that time. We will review the steps you will need to retain and practice in order to hold onto your newfound skills and remain on course. If further customization of your coaching needs is desired, that option exists for you and can be discussed.
