Founded in 1984 by a group of Board-Certified Family Law Attorneys with the intent to TAFLS is a unique organization that provides services to its members and offers the public a means to obtain information about family law and TAFLS members. Founded in 1984 by a group of Board-Certified Family Law Attorneys with the intent to provide opportunities for Board-Certified family law specialists to interact and grow professionally, the Board later opened membership to paralegals as well. The TAFLS Board has offered a distinguished certification to fewer than 900 attorneys in family law since its inception, providing opportunities for Board-Certified family law specialists to interact and grow professionally.
